The company was founded in 2001 by Thomas Karolewski who still provides personal services based on his consulting and project management skills.  

We engage other personnel, as required, to tailor the skills to the project objectives, project plan, location, commercial terms and conditions, staff availability and general preferences of the client.

The fundamental philosophy of our operations can be covered by the following points:

·       All our consultants, including the founder, have consulting and analytical skills - we do not engage sales personnel or managers with mentality to delegate the ‘heavy lifting’ to others;

·       The structure of the company is as flat as possible - the business is based on personal skills of intellectual value;

·       KCPL is and will remain independent. We are proud to remain one of very few consulting groups in the market, who are truly independent of hardware or software vendors. We do not resell telecommunications or IT services and are not a subsidiary of any holding company.
